Venues & events
Let couples and organisers look round your venue before they visit.
3D captures for wedding and private-hire venues, conference venues and hotel event spaces.
A computer-made demonstration room: a hallway through an arched doorway into a sunlit hall with tall arched windows.
Demonstration room, made on a computer. Not a real space or a client capture.
How people choose today
Couples and event organisers usually compare several venues online, narrow them to a shortlist, then arrange viewings. Photos help, but it’s hard to picture how the spaces connect, where guests will move, and how a room feels at the scale of the event.
What a capture lets them do
Look round your ceremony, reception, dining and meeting spaces remotely and from different angles, so they understand the layout and feel of the venue before they visit. Your team can send it to enquirers who are comparing venues or can’t easily travel.
What we’d capture
Ceremony rooms, reception and dining spaces, bars and lounges, private dining rooms, conference and meeting rooms, terraces, courtyards and grounds, depending on what matters most to the people choosing you.
Questions
Can you capture a room set up for an event?
We capture spaces as they are on the day. If you’d like a room shown in a particular set-up, we’ll plan the capture around it.
Discuss a project.
Tell us about your space, where it is and who needs to see it. We’ll get back to you to arrange a short call.
